Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beams.live website, dashboard, overlays, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Beams.live ("Beams," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform rules, including TikTok's terms and community guidelines.

Accounts

You may register with email and password or sign in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@beams.live if you suspect unauthorized access.

Description of the Service

Beams.live provides tools for TikTok Live streamers, including viewer tracking, alerts, activity feeds, AI engagement prompts, and optional overlay integrations. A dedicated live worker monitors public TikTok Live room events for the handle you provide. We do not require your TikTok login credentials for core monitoring features.

Features, limits, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every streaming setup.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated scraping beyond permitted use
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as expressly allowed
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the Service in a way that violates TikTok's terms or applicable platform policies

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan limits are described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions, when available, renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent billing periods.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by Beams or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google sign-in, email providers, or streaming software. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAMS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beams and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
